However, after I answer all the security prompts when turning the VPN on, it says "starting VPN" and then nothing. VPN remains in the off position. I know the VPN is configured properly because after I enter my username and password, I'm asked the challenge questions I set up with my Company. Were there any other requirements when setting this up or do you know if there are any other configuration settings that need to be set?
